Assembly Logistics & Details:
-
We will need to hook up our computers for a killer powerpoint. All of our speakers will come prepared with an HDMI adapter.
-
We need a large table on the stage .
-
The presentation is 45-50 minutes.
-
We will provide an introduction in advance so you'll know how to introduce us.
-
We also offer a parent night for each district we visit. We give parents tools to empower their kids with resilience as they face the challenges of teen world.
We will come bearing gifts!
Gifts for the Students:
-
One lucky Utah kid will win a scholarship to go on a humanitarian service trip to Ghana, Africa in the summer of 2020.
-
We will give every student the opportunity to apply to be our Ivy Ranch Ambassadors- they will get to come to exclusive leadership retreats, lead service challenges in the school, and be a mentor at our camps.
-
And of course, there will be plenty of free t-shirts, frisbees, wristbands, and other swag to make the assemblies a blast!
Gifts for the Educators:
-
We have put together three evidence-based suspension-alternatives you can implement into your school right now...totally for free. We simply want to give educators positive options instead of suspension.
-
We will also offer your school five scholarships for your most challenging kids to attend our camps in the summer of 2020. We can give them an opportunity to learn skills that could help them engage more in school.
The 4 Purposes of this Tour
1. To introduce ourselves to the neighborhood.
2. To build relationships with each principal and empower them with positive discipline strategies.
3. To inspire kids to build resiliency in themselves and educate about mental health through our assembly, and to invite them to engage in leadership through our service opportunities, camps, and events.
4. To have some ridiculous fun:)
The Assembly!
The assembly will include powerful videos, upbeat music, swag for the students (and what teenager doesn't LOVE free stuff!?!), and a message about hope and resiliency.
This presentation will include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools. Every student will leave with solid tools to better deal with depression, anxiety, and stress. Our message is all about validating where the student is, and giving them the tools to build resilence and mental toughness.
Our speakers have been speaking in front of teens for years. You can feel confident your students will have fun, laugh, think, and learn something they can actually use in their lives.
Our Team
We have hand-picked an incredible team of motivational speakers to present on our tour. Every single speaker's energy, passion, and love for students will knock these assemblies out of the park!
Celebrity Guests
Utah has so many rock-stars and they care about Utah kids too! We have invited Utah's resident celebs to join us on our tour!
